  1. Take screenshots of your problem and use a service like Dropbox, Jumpshare, Cloudapp or similar to send us links to the screenshots.
  2. State your issue or question clearly. If there are multiple issues, separate them with bullet points or a list.
  3. If your question is related to a speed test (GTmetrix, Pingdom etc), please share with us the URL of the report you are viewing. This is much preferred to copy/pasting results into the email or sending screenshots of the report.
