A Customer Support Specialist
Marko is a Customer Support Specialist located in Belgrade, Serbia who fell in love with WordPress in 2008.
With an educational background in political sciences and a strong passion for working with WordPress, Marko found his niche in the ecosystem in 2012. Since then, he has worked with several top WordPress Premium Theme providers.
He has also been involved in over 70 PSD to WordPress, Optimization, Maintenance and similar projects in his career.
With his strong experience as a Customer Support Specialist, Marko brings a lot of value to the team and it’s great to have him on board.

Sharing knowledge and making WordPress consumers happy is my primary goal. The most exciting part of this job is that feeling when you see people are happy and thankful for saving a lot of their time and energy.
