If you purchase WP Rocket without starting with a free trial and the plugin doesn’t meet your expectations, we will refund you within 14 days of your original purchase.
If your WP Rocket subscription starts with a free trial, the 14-day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to the first payment charged after the trial ends.
A couple of small points:
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- For purchases made without a free trial, requests under our 14-day Money Back Guarantee must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, the Money Back Guarantee no longer applies.
- Refunds also apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.
- When it comes to RocketCDN, you may request a refund within 24 hours after the subscription. If you cancel after, during the next billing months, you will be charged for the full month in any case.
