We are excited to announce a new job opening on our Rocketeers team.
We are looking for a Rocketeer to join us as a support staff.
Putting customer service first has definitely paid off—lots of new happy customers mean lots of growth, and that brings us to you.
Come help us make our customers even happiest. At WP Media, we’ve built WP Rocket, a plugin our customers love, to make WordPress really faster. We really love helping them being super happy, and I think you will too because they are awesome.
Basic Requirements
- Good writing and communication skills
- Great knowledge of WordPress
- Basic language coding (PHP)
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- In love with cats
- You will assist and solve people problems on live tchat (pre-sales) and on ticketing support (pre-sales, helping support)
- You will work remotely from your home or office

We are a team of 3 friends working mostly on WordPress.
We use great tools (Slack,HelpScout, Intercom, Mention) to facilitate the communication of the team and with our customers.
