1. Full Refund Within 14 Days
- If you changed your mind and wish to get a refund, you can do so within the first 14 days of the purchase. This only applies if the service has not been initiated from our end.
- To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the request.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
2. No Refunds After 14 Days or if the configuration of WP Rocket has already been initiated by the support team
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund.
- By this time, we assume you’ve had sufficient opportunity to evaluate the service and request adjustments if needed.

4. Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for services that have already been fully rendered (e.g., completed WP Rocket configurations).
- If you’ve received priority support or other benefits during the refund period, these may be deducted from your refund amount.
